Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a white powder, non-toxic and tasteless, with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance, good oil resistance, flame retardancy and coloring properties, good toughness (still flexible at -30 degrees), good compatibility with other polymer materials, decomposition temperature is high, decomposition produces HCL. HCL can catalyze the dechlorination reaction of CPE.
Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a polymer material made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) by chlorination substitution reaction. Depending on the structure and use, chlorinated polyethylene can be divided into two categories: resin-based chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and elastomer-based chlorinated polyethylene (CM). It can also be used with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) polyethylene (PE). Polypropylene (PP). Polystyrene (PS). ABS and other resins and even polyurethane (PU) blended use. In the rubber industry, CPE can be used as a high performance, high quality special rubber, also can be used with ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), IIR, NBR, CSM and other rubber blends.
Packing: This product is packed in woven bags. Available in 25KG , 500KG or 1300KG bag. Or customized packaging according to customer needs.
Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place indoors.
